Meet the Team
Born and raised in Orange County, Jeanette earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from University of California, Riverside, bringing a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset into her approach to leadership and business development.
Before becoming District Manager, Jeanette spent over 10 years in a district office, starting in recruiting and advancing into a business consultant role where she trained agents, coached sales and point-of-sale strategy, supported marketing and lead generation, and helped agency owners build and grow profitable businesses.
Today, she leverages that experience to help driven professionals build something of their own and create long-term opportunity through a clear path to agency ownership.
Outside of work, Jeanette is a self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys exploring new restaurants and cultures. She loves to travel and has visited over 10 countries, always seeking new experiences and perspectives.
Originally from Sacramento, Ronnie has called San Diego home since 2013. A proud U.S. Army veteran who deployed for Operation Enduring Freedom, he brings discipline, leadership, and a strong work ethic into his role supporting agency owners.
Ronnie earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Integrated Marketing Communications from San Diego State University. He began his career in cybersecurity consulting before transitioning into the insurance industry, where he now focuses on helping agency owners grow and scale their businesses.
Outside of work, Ronnie enjoys staying active and connected to the outdoors—whether that’s surfing, fishing, spearfishing, camping, or cooking. He’s also an avid reader, with favorites including Meditations, Never Split the Difference, and Blood Meridian.
A San Diego native, Jasmine graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She brings a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving, developed through her experience tutoring students in Math and English.
Her background in tutoring translates directly into her role supporting agency owners. She excels at breaking down complex business concepts, simplifying processes, and adapting her approach to different learning styles to help agents succeed.
Beyond her professional work, Jasmine has a strong creative background. She has curated three fashion shows, an art exhibit, and over 40 photoshoots, showcasing her eye for detail, creativity, and ability to bring ideas to life.
Originally from Denver, Colorado, Mariah plays a key role as the district’s Agency Development Specialist—focused on identifying, attracting, and supporting future agency owners. She earned her Associate’s degree in General Education from Red Rocks Community College.
Mariah works closely with candidates exploring business ownership, helping guide them through the process and ensuring they have the information, resources, and support needed to take the next step. She is also instrumental in supporting agent development within the district, contributing to onboarding and ongoing growth initiatives.
Outside of work, Mariah enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors, as well as painting and crafting—creative outlets that reflect her thoughtful and hands-on approach.
Originally from Los Angeles County, Geoffrey earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business from California State University, Fullerton. He brings a background in real estate, giving him a strong understanding of client relationships, transactions, and business operations.
Geoffrey plays a key role in supporting the district and its agency owners, contributing to day-to-day operations and helping ensure agents have the resources and support they need.
Outside of work, Geoffrey enjoys hiking, traveling to explore new snorkeling destinations, and collecting comic books. He is also a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, reflecting his discipline and commitment to personal growth.
Mariana plays a key role in supporting the district’s recruiting efforts and candidate experience, helping ensure a smooth and organized process from initial outreach to onboarding. With a background in recruitment, project management, and team leadership, she brings experience in full-cycle recruiting across nonprofit, legal, and social service environments.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, bringing a strong understanding of people, communication, and decision-making into her work. Known for her organization and people-first approach, she helps create a seamless and professional experience for every candidate.
Outside of work, Mariana is passionate about creating meaningful spaces that support others and is currently building a project focused on accessible mental health support for women while pursuing her master’s degree. She enjoys exercising, traveling, reading, and spending time with those closest to her.
